We have not dissapeared ... .KITTENS ,,, Oh my

Guy I went to high school with, he was a few years behind me lives in the trailer park,  a couple months ago he posted on FB about a pregnant cat around his trailer and I offered to help and he didn’t take me seriously then last week he posted the kittens on FB asking for help and I asked him how many kittens and how many adults and he told me 4 of each so I told him I could help him with no cost to him and once he found out he wasn’t going to have to fork out money (that he didn’t have) he was interested … took me a week to get him to tell me which trailer he lived in and he told me yesterday so when my sister and I went walking I took some cages with me with the intention of leaving them and he and his wife catching the kittens for me except when I got there 3 of the kittens had their eyes matted shut so I just picked them up and the mama cat was friendly so I got her too and then I got shon to do a pick up and bring me another crate and the last little kitten was playing with a weed and I snatched him – I saw 3 more adults 1 that I petted one that I might have been able to pet and the other is not friendly so I will have to trap her …

So what am I telling you … I have 4 kittens .. 3 males, orange tabby, black and white and grey and white and one female calico and the mama a torteshell who is a doll … they are going to the vet today – 2 of the kittens are not good, the calico is worst I believe and the orange isn’t great the other two are pretty healthy but I need them healthy before they can be fixed. Ill be honest I dont know that the calico and orange would live another week in the conditions ... today at the vet I expect them to get fluids and antibotics.

I am planning to trap or catch the other adults and have them fixed and hopfully the cat problem in the area will begin to decline.

Other than this the kitties at the house have been good. Oscar knocked a baby crow out of a nest a few weeks ago and we took the crow to a rescue ... Shon is now working from home which means the babies get to go outside more which means more moles are being killed ... lol

Boo had to have a rather large fatty cyst removed - the stitches came out last thursday and he is doing well.

Man! I need to blog more ...

Pictures hopefully tonight :)
